I have been blessed with a wonderful mentor who shared everything with me - even my cooperating teacher. But some teachers have a problem sharing plans or activities which took them a long time to create and devise. In a way it understandable when you have one teacher who does absolutely nothing and then comes along and wants all your plans or ideas. That would bother me too. But it also depends on the person. Unfortunately not every teacher acts professionally and is collegial to one another. You just have to know your peers. Selling plans - who knows, maybe this is the future where the internet will take us.
